Gotti, a product of the Hollis neighborhood in Queens, is of Filipino and African-American descent. In recent years, Gotti faced significant health challenges. He had suffered from diabetes, which then caused a mild stroke in early 2024. Despite efforts to regulate the condition by means of daily living the patient's condition gradually worsened. Infowars states that he suffered a second stroke resulting in a secondary cerebral hemorrhage, and passed away.
